Is it safe to buy from Speakeasy House during the COVID-19 pandemic?
Yes it is safe. When packaging your order, hygiene is our main priority alongside quality. Hands and surfaces are sanitised with each new order, boxes are built up to order and bags and business cards are untouched before an order is received.
Please also bare in mind that the processing and delivery of your order may take longer due to the current climate relating to COVID-19.

What are the payment options?
Speakeasy House accepts card payments as well as PayPal. We now also offer Clearpay as a payment option to allow you to shop now, pay later!

What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, you are able to return your product in the original packaging within 28 days and receive a full refund on the product. Possible reasons for a return include:
- Faulty item
- Incorrect size
- Incorrect item received
Your item cannot be returned if it has been worn (for other reasons than trying the item on) and/or if the sticker has been removed from the product.

Codes are redeemable if you spend the specified amount or more within that boundary.
Once a purchase is made, an email will be sent to your given email address with the details of how to redeem your discount on your next order if applicable.
Each code given is one time use.
Codes will not be accepted if original order is returned before code use
How Does ClearPay work?
Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every two weeks. To be eligible for credit from Clearpay, you must be a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands), aged 18+. Further eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply. Clearpay Finance Ltd.
Make sure you can make your repayments on time by each due date to avoid late fees. Not paying on time will lead to a late fee of £6, and, if your order is more than £24, a further late fee of £6 if it is still overdue after 7 days. If you fail to pay on time, your Clearpay debt may be passed to a debt collection agency and this may affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.
